Unpleasant experience with the staff. Didn't want to send my parcel due to not having my address in their register even though I registered it. Was making silly questions if I'm a hundred percent certain I've given her my proper address, if I'm not making a mistake etc. Needed to come back a few days later and hope for a different worker, I was lucky then. Much more pleasant lady send my parcel and didn't make a fuss about my address not being in their register since it's not even my fault! Very inconvenient though as I needed to go there second time which was quite annoying since I'm busy working in their opening hours.

Closes earlier than advertised. Staff non apologetic for the inconvenience of closing early, in fact they took joy in telling me they had closed and to come back after the weekend!

This is the best Post Office I have ever used. I mail out hundreds of packages a year, and all the staff here are consistently friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to go in.

I rate this post office as minus zero, simply the staff is misrable and irresponsible.
I sent one first class signed for packet to West London on the 10/06/14 but its still not received by the addressee due to the fact that the counter staff member who processed the packet typed the WRONG postcode on the receipt. I tried to speak to the counter staff but they just don't want to know and told me to contact the Royal Mail customer services, when I contacted the concerned department they told me to contact the concerned post office . But no one is taking any responsibility.
In my opinion the Pershore post office should take responsibility and resolve the problem. Why the people have to suffer for the counter staff mistakes. On the whole the Royal Mail want to raise the prices for postal services all the time but don't want to take responsibility or provide the service.
