Took my children in today (3 and 8). The whole experience was really calm and friendly. We didn't have wait and both children had a thorough check up. They were really pleased to be given some stickers and a 'goody bag' each. Thank you so much for a really positive visit the children have been role-playing visiting the dentist since we got home.

Pershore Smiles is the best dental practice I have ever visited. Everyone there is just so nice and Dev is a brilliant dentist. I am usually really scared of going to the dentists, but not any more. We are so lucky to have them in ourbeautiful town.

Had been putting off a visit to the dentist for a while as I knew I needed fillings and was a bit apprehensive. Ramy gave me 2 fillings completely painlessly, I even asked if he used a gel to numb my teeth as I didn't feel any pain from the syringe but it was actually an injection! They were very friendly and talk you through procedures well and regularly make sure you're alright throughout them. Also had a great clean up from one of the hygienists. Can't recommend them enough!

After many years of not visiting a dentist ( allowing several issues with my teeth to arise) it was time to get something sorted out.Phoned up, got my 1st appoinment arranged and went along.Everything was explained to me, procedures,plans etc.No technical jargon, just a brilliant explanation.Future appointments were made to address the work that i needed doing.2 extractions , a modified filling and a clean and polish later.A literally painless set of visits.I cannot thank Dr Madgy and his staff enough.

Had cause to phone Mr Magdy out of hours recently. He could not have been more helpful with a very calm and reassuring manner. Arranged next day appointment for treatment, nothing was too much trouble for Mr Magdy and his team. Highly recommended!

Joined pershore smiles few months ago and its the best thing I ever did, ramy soon sorted my teeth out after being with nhs dentist in pershore that made such a mess of my teeth!Ramy and his team are fantastic polite and very caring and offer great reassure when feeling anxious

Had a very unfortunate appointment with a rude, heavy handed Hygenist, made only worse by the unprofessional manner in which my complaint was dealt with by the owner. Unable to recomend this practice.
