I?d give minus stars if possible !!! AVOID !!! Took phone down with smashed screen , new screen £80 told on collection that their cash only ( seemed odd for that kind of business) Seemed little loose on collection but was informed it was because it was new and I needed a screen protector ( tried to encourage me to buy one of theirs ) in the next few weeks the face recognition began to fail , and messages popping up saying ? non genuine iPhone part? on the settings it showed a fault for a non genuine iPhone part, in the days following this my phone began to randomly go black ( still functioning making noises etc ) but black screen. So I took it back down there, told I needed new screen as it?s clearly been dropped and something under the screen must be broken ! I was shocked as I knew 100% I hadn?t dropped my go phone what so ever ( wondered if it had been knocked on the floor and I hadn?t been informed ) anyway proceeded with another new screen again £80 . On collection my phone still kept going black so he Told me it needed to be dismantled at their warehouse in Birmingham as they didn?t have the correct equipment in the shop told to collect next afternoon . So today on collection I was told I would need to pay a further £120 !! He said he would make it £100 and a free screen protector as a gift !I stated I was NOT told a charge would occur ! Not once did he mention I would be charged to have the phone sent off and not once was I contacted to be told the damage and price of fix !(I had already paid £80 when told I needed a new screen )- I refused to pay as I said clearly ? you did not ever tell me I would be charged further ? I wouldn?t Of gone through with sending my phone away had I of known a further £100 charge was coming!!After arguing with me even accusing my children of breaking my phone ( who are 15 and 9 and have their own phones ) i told him there?s no way I?m paying and took my phone off the counter as he threatened to keep my phone until I paid !Absolutely disgusting service ! Awful business skills - I believe they are trying to con good people out of money !!My speaker is not not working all calls have to be taken on loud speaker ! No prizes for guessing shows knackered the speaker ( probably purposely )Please avoid them I wish I had !!!!
