Spoken to so rudely by a man behind the counter because i bought my dog in .Only wanted to purchase tobacco .Thought Pershore was supposed to be friendly \\u0026 dog friendly.If you don't allow dogs in put a sign up clearly stating that.Will never shop at this Coscutter again shame as i have not been in the area that long

A sign should be displayed saying no dogs as i went in with my dog and was spoken to so rudely .I have not long moved here ,live on a new build estate. Good customer service is so important ,maybe send your staff on a customer service course

Went into this shop on Saturday 21st August with an Amazon return and didn?t have a clue what to do. The assistant took the parcel and did everything for us. A big thank you from us as you turned a potential traumatic experience in to a simple one.

Only went to use Hermes machine to return a parcel but found a really nice local supermarket. Large range of products and helpful staff. Recommended.
