We've been here twice, and first time gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was late afternoon.
Firstly, I have never had any issues with the chain overall, this store lets it down.
The first time we came, the staff were somewhat abrupt and not particularly friendly. No issues really, but not at all welcoming.
On this occasion however, my partner was given regular milk instead of oat milk. I can excuse most things but not an allergen mistake. Staff did make another drink, however there was not a single apology for the mistake, and staff were again abrupt and quite rude when we asked for it to be made but with oat milk. Milk was served extremely hot, whereas my drink was luke warm at best. Overall a very disappointing experience.
I'm in no rush to return to this branch again.
Dietary restrictions: Concerned at their lack of concern over the milk mix up- given cows milk instead of oat milk.

Firstly, staff are polite and drinks/food is good.
However, the place is drafty(too fierce A/C), seating is haphazard and the floor was dirty. Everything looks tired and grotty.
The manager needs to improve conditions as a matter of urgency.
It didn't help matters due to some noisy, badly-behaved kids whose parents couldn't be bothered to control them.

They need to get off the toogoodtogo app as they NEVER GIVE OUT FOOD, THEY CANCEL BEFORE THEY OPEN AND SAY THEY HAVE NO FOOD EVERY DAY. The manager has no clue what the app is about so shouldn't pretend to be a part of a waste management food app. I've TRIED TO SAVE 8 bags and never received 1, my daughter has tried to save 3 and all have been cancelled. I complained to the store and the manager went into my workplace and told my manager which my manager laughed at. I've complained to coffeeno1 head office but they didn't seem to care. I might be wrong but has anyone ever saved a too-good-to-go bag from Pershore's Coffee no 1? Also, the staff themselves told me the manager cancels them 1st thing every morning before they open.

An okay coffee shop with good coffee and food, but food is overpriced. Small portions at normal portion prices. Dog friendly, plenty of seating, and good coffee.

Very busy. Took ages to be served. Toilets an absolute disgrace. No paper towels or toilet paper! Very noisy.
