Tried to redeem points on my BP card.The cashier didnt know what they were doing, took points of my card, and not the total, I ended up paying more, I even checked prior to putting fuel in that it was ok to redeem points for fuel.The manager had to sort it out, and he treated me like it was my fault. Told me to speak to custmer sevices.Train staff to carry out all transactions.Customers are not at fault.

Fantastic petrol station, Plenty of stock in shop .Owner & Staff always friendly and willing to help .Clean shelves ,Always a good sign, Nobody wants to buy products off dusty shelf?s .Keep up the good work.
