This is by far the worst garage I have ever been too.
We looked online and there website States a full service and MOT was £280. This wasn?t the case we got charged £284 for the full service and then an extra £55 for the MOT. We found the garage directly to get this booked in. They could only do the service one afternoon and then we had to take the car back for an MOT on a different date. On collection after the full service they said they could not remove the fuel filter and they would have to get a different tool to be able to do this. I asked could this be done when the car came back from an MOT? They said they would have to see if they could get the part. We then had the MOT done and the car failed. We were asked to bring it back on the Thursday. Luckily, we called on the Thursday, but the part was not in so I asked us to Come in on Friday And it would be done that afternoon.!We were going away so we decided To leave the car for the weekend and collect Monday morning . Surprise surprise the car was not done and was told it would not be ready till Monday evening. My husband had no car to get to work . The part that was wrong for the MOT we were told would be £40 +45 minutes labour. this has ended up being a total of £245 as they also charged us for the fuel filter which we had already been billed for in the original MOT . Our bill was nearly £600 for a n MOT and service and then a replacement part for the head light. They have charged it over double on what we were originally saw on the website and I would never recommend Anyone nor would I return .

I went in for a broken shock. Work was undertaken all seemed well. Day later a squeak came about on the wheel that was worked on, to which the garage assured me it was the brakes and not what they done. I then also couldn?t find my locking wheel nut to which they stated 100% they would?ve put it back, they hadn?t. I had been driving around with it jammed onto my wheel for 2 weeks, could?ve flown off and caused an accident at any point, the owner didn?t seem fussed about it and then they had to smash it off with a hammer. I let it all go and just decided I wouldn?t go back. However I?ve just had a service done and they showed me how the locking wheel bolt was screwed so tight that they sheered it in place resulting in me forking out for new bolts, which would?ve been a nightmare if that happened on the roadside, so they clearly wound it so tight that it sheered the bolt, would?ve thought screwing a bolt was a pretty straight forward job. I also had all my brakes checked to confirm they aren?t the issue and they are basically brand new so the new noise that I have now driving is purely down to the work that was undertaken at the garage. Pretty straight forward job that was messed up in spectacular fashion.

Excellent service and we will be highly recommending to friends and family. From booking to collecting, the process was easy (booked Friday for MOT on the Monday).

I?m so grateful for all the work Russell and his colleagues do for my car, every time my car needs attention, a regular service or MOT - I go no further.
After my little misfortune on icy roads they managed to look at my car the next morning and gave me peace of mind that I?m driving a safe car again. So lucky to have someone we trust nearby.
My husband and I are both regular customers at the Three Counties Garage and are very happy with the way our cars are treated. We will no doubt be back. A friendly, thorough and honest service, thank you once again!

Excellent service from all the team at 3CG. I needed a clutch replacement and new front discs and pads and I found their quote to be the most competitive. They were able to fit the work in quickly and provided a full written quotation which was easy to understand. They were also able to offer me a free courtesy car while the work was being completed which was really helpful. Great communication from Russell keeping me up to date with progress of the work. I would highly recommend the services of 3CG to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, competitively priced and professional local car service/repair centre.

Quick diagnosis of the problems, which weren?t easy fixes, and managed to get me back on the road in a matter of days.

Just got back from a 2.5hr drive after this garage got me here. 5 mins after leaving this morning my wiper motor failed (it was raining) They came out, drove my car safely to their garage and diagnosed, got the part and got me back on my journey within a couple of hours. They charged what was quoted despite my car giving the mechanic a bit of a muck about and them working on it for longer than they thought. Honest good service, and if local I would 100% use this place!!!! Thank you

I have recently had an MOT, service, valet and scratches removed from the bodywork on my car. I used the garage when Alan owned it and it was always great. It is now under new ownership and is even better! It is great value for money. Very professional, high quality work. They take pride in their work. And very friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend.

It?s a shame the Buisness has been sold and Alan is no longer their, I was quoted one price and the price then ?doubled? my car was due to have its break looked at due to a grinding noise and also not stopping as it should. They said they could see no problem, took it to a different garage the next day who confirmed breaks discs at front slightly warped and the rear drums and shoes needed replacing and the pedal was hard when they tested it. Funny because three counties garage said they test drove it fine! Seems to be going downhill quickly, also disappointing to see it?s changed over hands and they keep the reviews from the previous owner. Knowing I had a car seat in the back which clearly indicates a small child travels with me but didn?t take my breakProblem seriously! Will be taking my custom elsewhere
