The shop it's self has a good variety of items priced at 20% more than the main shop, which seems fair.
Only issue is staff seem to be constantly having a conversation on head sets and even fail to simply acknowledge customers which is very rude. Also, if you need assistance at the new self service tills don't expect a member of staff to rush over, 5 minute wait is common.

The majority of staff here are SO rude. Always chatting on their headsets ignoring customers. They give you dirty looks if you dare ask for assistance. I hate coming to this shop and avoid it if possible.

Staff need to be retrained on customer service skills. They are so rude. No acknowledgment for customers needs. Miserable and always talking on headsets with not a single care towards anyone waiting to be served.They are sluggish, lazy and not helpful in any way.If head office sees any of these reviews, please sort your staff out. Or better still - get new staff.

Staff were rude and unhelpful in their job. I understand following rules but they honestly couldn?t have been bothered. Especially when they had an autistic woman at the counter, and the man next to her was even ruder. Sort your staff out because they have no idea how to be helpful with neurodivergent customers.
