Excellent customer service and a fantastic product. This harness is highly recommended by trainers and fellow mini schnauzer owners and I can see why. Great fit, looks comfortable but safe. I had an issue with delivery and as soon as I contacted Perfect Fit they resolved the matter straight away. Fantastic

Have bought two harnesses from these guys, and not because the first had broken! It was lost after 7 years? use. The USP is that each part is customisable to your dog?s exact shape and size, and even though this might require some tinkering, the staff are extremely helpful. Superb customer service all round.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and there products to anyone, rhi who i spoke to on the phone went above and beyond to make sure the harness was right for the dogs needs' I will not use any other company now.

Perfect Fit was recommended to me by my dog trainer, she also explained her excellent experience of their customer service.
Excellent is an appropriate word! They patiently worked with me to understand and consult on the fit, sending out numerous replacement parts at no extra cost for me to try. Now we have found the perfect fit, I have returned the unwanted pieces. It's so refreshing to find a company like this who bend over backwards to help their customers, and who trust me by default to return the items.

I?m still within the process of finding the correct size for my pup but I really wanted to post a review because I?m really impressed with the business and people who work behind the scenes!\\n\\nA lot of harnesses I?ve been trying from pet shops and on Amazon haven?t fit properly for my pup as she?s quite small and we?re constantly hitting a brick wall! I?m apart of a dog group on social media and I asked within that group what they?d recommend and the majority of the recommendations were ?PerfectFit?. I?d never heard of them before so I was going in blind by those recommendations but liked what I saw and made a purchase.\\n\\nIt arrived and with all the measurements I?d done on my pup, unfortunately, it was rather tight so instead of sending it back for a refund, I really wanted to resolve the issue.\\n\\nI contacted PerfecfFit on their website and received an email straight away. I was asked to send a few images of my pup so they could work out sizes from the pictures I?d sent across and they have kindly agreed to send alternative pieces free of charge until we have the perfect fit (pardon the pun) for my pup!\\n\\nI?m so very thankful for the help and felt it was only right that a review was worth posting!\\n\\nMassive shoutout to Gilly for dealing with my enquiry!

Got my boys a harness each, they really are a perfect fit! The customer service is fab, had a problem fitting the harnesses and they sorted me out in no time! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful company. Really lovely, efficient and knowledgeable staff who are available online, on the phone and in person to help super quickly and effectively. The perfect fit harness is a game changer and the way they post out different sizes until you find the "perfect fit" without charging extra is just incredible. We're really impressed with the way the product fits and how comfortable it is. Our pup immediately went to sleep after we tried his on, so it must be very snuggly! We've also found that it takes the pressure off of his shoulders and neck and he walks much better on it, so no more fear of injury from badly fitting harnesses! We're super impressed with the customer service and how incredibly friendly and professional everyone is. 1000/10. Very highly recommended. :) Thank you!

Bought two harnesses for my boston terriers. I had to send them an email as I measured them wrong. Their customers service is second to none. So compassionate and just incredible. I was advised which ones to buy and they fit absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing and most importantly Loki and Korg love them and feel very comfortable.

What a wonderful company! The customer service is absolutely fantastic - quick responses to my queries and so helpful in assessing the size I needed for my sight-hound. Very quick to resolve my need for a slightly smaller piece also. Shipping was fast and quality/fit of the harness is excellent. If only every company was like this... thank you so much!

I ordered a harness that didn't fit so they have sent out a number of pieces to me to make sure we get it right this time. Absolutely 100% impressed by their customer service. I would not wish for more!
