Waited 25 minutes for my booked appointment. The person giving the injections was unwell,, saying that she should have a mask on... she could hardly speak , this make me very anxious. When the injection was done the needle was in my arm for over 20 seconds,, maybe even longer,, 30 seconds,, was feeling very uncomfortable about sitting there so long with someone injecting me. My nurse friend say it should be in and out in 2 seconds... Arm is sore today.

Wasn't open when it said it was. Also can't dispense medication when pharmacist is on a break or lunch

Excellent. Only problem is that it can't dispense at lunchtime.

Booked a flu jab, today 20th October 2023 at 1620 and would like to say how cheerful and caring the Pharmacy assistant I spoke was. Would highly recommend them.
