Can very rarely get your order correct! Even worse if you order it. If you call to complain they just give you a code for a free meal ?

Food is always dry and cold.
like they have left it sitting there for 20mins before serving it to you. Chips are soggy most of the time, and the burgers are dry and cold and the wait is always long 20mins+. I don't recommend ordering take away as it is almost certainly cold by the time it gets to you.

I have used McDonalds all over the world since 1988, this branch in Malvern Link Worcestershire is by far the worst. I have been here around 30 times over the last 5 years, usually through the drive through, I honestly can?t remember them ever getting an order right! I used them again today for the first time in over a year (I?d given up on them), I always end up thinking I?ll give them another chance of redemption, something must have changed by now, but yet again they got it wrong! I honestly wonder how can they keep consistently getting it wrong, are other customers just accepting the poor service and saying nothing?!? Perhaps when they get home they realise it?s wrong & can?t be bothered driving all the way back.
I spoke with the manager today, she was rude and unapologetic.
I really have had enough with this brach!
I love McDonalds, but this place on Enigma business park is dreadful.
The food isn?t particularly good here either, burgers packed badly, fish fingers always overcooked.
Such a shame McDonalds!!!

For the past four weeks I?ve been in for a hot chocolate and a breakfast each Wednesday but the hot chocolate is not available as the machine is broken. I therefore leave with nothing. Surely it can?t take that long to repair or replace the machine. Staff just turned their backs when I politely asked if it would ever be repaired as if not I?ll stop elsewhere.

came in around 5am,28/1/25. place was just as cold inside as outside.
spoke to the manager about the heating - told they were told to keep the temp at whatever because they are expecting an important visitor/inspection. I thought the customer is the most important visitor to the store! so much for customer service. thanks

More of a ?Drive Queue? than Drive Thru.
During peak times you have to park up and wait.
Priority of orders given to delivery pick-ups.
Clearly not coping with demand at least inform customers of long wait times.

I waited a considerable length of time at the Drive Thru today Monday 30th January at 5.15pm . The queue was very slow being served. When I finally received my food order, I realised that it was incorrect. They had forgotten I had ordered 2 quarter pounders and not just one. When the Assistant checked my receipt she explained that the young lad (Asian) taking the order had input the wrong information. I explained I was not prepared to get back into a very slow long queue when it was there INCOMPETENT staffs fault. They were not at all helpful, nor did they seem at all bothered. No apology for their mistake. The staff taking orders need some serious training as there memory skills are absolutely atrocious to say the least. If this is how they treat there customers then I?d advice people avoid them!

The food isn?t that bad but before, they would always get the order wrong. Horrible staff as they shouted at me when I said that my food is wrong, and it takes 30+ mins for my food. It?s sad that this McDonalds is in Malvern as other McDonald?s are much better. Literally I would choose KFC if McDonald?s weren?t so close! It should be changed to KFC. and as always, THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN. ITS BEEN BROKEN SINCE I MOVED TO MALVERN!!!
Parking: About 10 spots (8 click and collect and the rest is disabled) and then there?s the always busy retail parking.
Kid-friendliness: There is a happy meal and fences and sidewalks around the store and little iPads to play on inside.
