Managed to sort my child's uniform in one visit for about £40 less than monkhouse schoolwear. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using them from now on.

Very rude staff. Placed an order in September, advised it would be in November.6 months later still not arrived.Very rude staff. practically shouting at me!Said she had phoned me on numerous occasions. I gave the store my new number in February! So clearly ringing the wrong number.But no.She was right! I was wrong! Would not give me the benefit of the doubt.I felt so humiliated as there were others in the shop when I was being verbally abused, I left the shop.Will never return, nor recommend this store.Having read previous reviews I am not the first. Deal with it management if you value your business.

Phoned the store to query prices of delivery etc. Despite the owner of the company, Lee, admitting that what they were advertising is wrong they refused to rectify their mistake. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had despite being completely in the right. The owners aggressive and arrogant nature is something I will also be feeding back to the school who recommended this company as a supplier

Brilliant service in the childrens shoe section this morning (2/10/21). Lovely lady called Ness helped my son feel at ease with no pressure to hurry. Great selection of quality shoes and boots. Will definitely be back.

Have bought our uniform from Kitz since they opened. Not only is it cheaper for the exact same items as School Togs/Monkhouse (who are the same company btw) but Kitz customer service is brilliant and they go above and beyond to help, even when very busy and stressed. When my daughter needed an unusual sized skirt, they got one in for us. They're always faster than they say it'll be too and their communication is excellent. Cannot fault - very grateful that they are saving us the terrible experience of Monkhouse/School Togs. THANK YOU KITZ!

Very rude staff, I left feeling so upset that they could of spoken to me like that. I wasn?t the only 1 in there at the time and witnessed them shout at another cus and then talk behind the back of another! I know it?s a busy time of year for them but there is no need to treat their cus like that! I will def be travelling to school togs in Worcester next time I need any school uniform!!!!!

A lady in this place was very rude. The door was open I went inside and called because I didn't see anyone. A senior member of staff came downstairs and said to in a very harsh manner " We're CLOSED"so I said ok and turned and started to walk away...then she said, did you want something? I said nevermind.

Couldnt be more helpful. Have always given honest opinions on what you need/don't and are very knowledgeable with the different options available. Made the new year 7s feel very grown up which was really special. Highly recommend.

Efficient pickup of pre-ordered school clothes. Queued outside while selected, no need to enter store (covid safe). Staff seemed well organised.
