5 Stars +. 2 years ago we welcomed Golden Ellie into our lives. Never had a puppy before, we had a lot to learn and a lot of questions. Just for Pets were so helpful, friendly and supportive throughout Ellie growth from puppy to young adult. Also still are AMAZING, we thank you for all your advice and patience. Always a warm welcome. I absolutely love just for pets. I visit the malvern store because it is my closest. We absolutely rate this store, we have been in today 17/07/25 to get our new puppy her food and we spoke with the lovely Alice who is super helpful and sorted us out and went through our options. Alice is passionate about animals, she's the nutritionist for pets in this store. If you need advice and a friendly person then Alice is definitely who you need to ask for. Thanks Alice ? xxx

We took our new puppy Mae into Just for Pets at Malvern to buy a harness. We had become totally bewildered by the different sorts, so chose Just for Pets in Malvern because the staff always engage with you as soon as you enter the store and we knew someone would assist us. Caroline (Caz) came over to help and within minutes Mae was comfortablely in her new Harness. Caz was down on the floor engaging with Mae, had treats at the ready for Mae. It was absolutely painless.
Mae was totally at ease with Caz and followed her around the shop.
This store is a tad more expensive than some other pet stores, but the service from the staff and the produce makes the dogs feel like VIPS ( very important pooches). Tracey and Simon

I took my Terrier to Just For Pets Malvern today to use the self service dog wash. I'd not used this service before but the staff were very helpful with showing me how it all works. My dog hates being bathed and using this was much easier, quicker and more thorough than trying to do it at home. Having the raised bath has really helped my back when trying to bath a dog who doesn't want it! Towels are provided and an air dryer is included in the wash time. I think it was 8 minutes on one token, you then switch between settings when you are ready, shampoo, rinse, conditioning rinse, rinse, low blow dry, high blow dry. I had time for a quick towel dry before blow drying but didn't use this for long as my dog had had enough and wanted to get out. I still had nearly 3 minutes left on the clock once I'd finished. Drying robe on and we went to choose our treat for suffering such torture! Now enjoying her moon bone in the garden to dry off. Will definitely be using this service again.

Very helpful staff. A much better than average stock of dog food and nutrious dog treats. They sell everything. Toys, coats, dishes supplements etc,.

Visited early January for advice about matching dog food for my first ever dog a rescue. The staff were great advised on the same ingredients in current food to one in store and I was I able to confidently know it was both suitable and healthy for my new best friend.

My first choice! The selection of food, snacks, toys, and accessories is extensive. Toys are quite expensive, so I recommend opting for the more durable ones to get your money's worth. They have a rewards programme that allow you to exchange points for items as well.

Popped in for some dry raw goodies for my dog before Christmas and Claire and Alice were full of festive cheer, smiles and were very helpful. Excellent customer service ?
