Can?t fault it. Rooms spacious and spotless. Pub downstairs with great service. Food was really nice.

We had a nice meal here after climbing the Malvern Hills. The food was excellent and tasty. It was very good value for money. The service was brilliant. It?s in an excellent location. I?d highly recommend. There is a lovely outdoor terrace which offers some stunning views of the countryside.

Hotel was fine, clean functional and cheap for a party of 8. The views from the beer garden are absolutely stunning! Food absolutely no issues with. Staff friendly. Good way to start a holiday.

Disappointing meal, for a table booked for 10 ,the pub ran out of mash for two of the meals, and ran out of gravy, , although the manager did do his best to compromise, this didn't take away the fact the staff tried to blame us for ordering gravy for a childs meal that contained wine, especially when we asked if they had gravy suitable for a 3 year old,staff customer service training is a must for this pub
