This branch is hardly ever open and when it is very slow service. Not great when you are trying to run a business. Is this the best HSBC can offer?

Rather strange experience today. More disappointed today. Came to deposit money today..we counted wrong the number of 20£ notes, and written total wrongly.However, 100£ extra infact. The person on till corrected our mistake first and then changed it to what we put. Upon seeing I asked if there is any extra money, person said what you want on total, I have put that. Not even a friendly approach.We took money back.and counted again.We put total 2850 but infact 2950 was there.I agree our mistake in counting.But felt so disappointed when we realised the person didn't try to correct it. Just wondering is that the correct way to do it? If customer puts more money by error, is there no responsibility for the teller to alert them?We took all money back and counted again it was 2950 in total. Went to another teller and deposited. Just realised we can't rely on bank also

Alot of us have to wear masks and screens at work.so I fail to see why only one counter is open ( this with vastly reduced hours has caused chaos)

The queue was long (Which I totally understand) but having waited in said queue for half an hour to ask for 3 bank statement print outs, I was met with the most unpleasant and rude member of staff. I was spoken to like I was interrupting her day, and then quizzed as to wether or not I 'actually needed' these bank statements. Extremely unhelpful woman, possibly named pippa, and I will be considering changing banks, if for no other reason than the bank statements costing me £2 EACH!! Very poor service indeed.

Despite some difficulties when switching my account to HSBC I am happy to give a 5 star review to the branch itself as the staff were both helpful and resourceful in helping me through that process.

The staff consistently do the very best they can considering the conditions under which they work. I've always found them agreeable, professional and helpful. Any improvements to be made would be the job of higher management, not those on the ground.

Staff nice but ques way to long now since two banks in Malvern have been closed. Only one machine to get either your money out or printed statements. Machines mostly are not working. They are not open on Saturdays which means you have to take at least 1 1/2 hours off work just to go to do a simple task. We are switching to Halifax as they appear to value their customers and have customer friendly hours.
