“You certainly couldn't complain about the excellent customer service inside Screwfix Great Malvern, my first visit on 25/08/25 & purchased a few items, I had to wait for One day for my order on two items to be delivered & picked the items up. Unfortunately I had to return the one item a Lock Steel Hinged Hand Rail after ordering the wrong size, disappointingly they didn't stock the smaller size & a refund was given on the item. I would highly recommend shopping at Screwfix in Malvern & staff are very knowledgeable on their products.”
