Bike not used and new as still in boxPlease read the product returns policy as staff do not have correct knowledge and will feed you incorrect information .Malvern store where I collected the bike from were ok. It is other stores that are concerning and will put you off buying.I have contacted Halfords directly about this but the likely hood of a response is probably nil !

Came in for new brake pads for our grandson's bike and Callum helped us choose the correct ones. He also helped us with questions with regards to purchasing an e-bike. He was very knowledgeable and helped us answer many questions and we were most impressed with the Halfords service available. Would recommend talking to Callum if you're thinking of buying ,!!

Ridiculously bad for a "car parts" shop. Went in looking for some brake pads for a Fiat 500. A common car, a common consumable part, and no reason they shouldn't be in stock. After all, the sign behind the parts counter said that there were 150,000 parts available within the hour.How wrong I was. After waiting for ten minutes at the parts counter for somebody who works there to notice me (no chance), I had to go back up to the front to where both cashiers had spent that entire time (in full view of me) on their phones.I asked about brake pads. Was told that there were none in stock and that they could be ordered. How long? Three days!Yes, three days.Amazon can get them here by 1pm tomorrow. GSF just down the street has them in stock and they can be collected within half an hour.If you actually want parts for a car, steer clear of Halfords. They don't have any. It would be like wandering over to Morrisons expecting to find a loaf of bread and a half gallon of milk and being told that they don't have it and you'll have to wait three days.But if you want a rubbish rip-off car stereo that sounds appalling or one of the worst bikes in the world, fancy being ripped off having an expensive battery installed when they could simply tell you how it's done and you could do it yourself in two minutes, need some spray paint to definitely not tag your local bus stop, or want to spend your afternoon being ignored by teenage employees who couldn't care less, then Halfords in Malvern is the place for you.

Found just the bike we were after for our daughter - friendly and helpful advice, and good choice of delivery date.Update - when we went to pick up the bike it was the wrong size, they sorted this in 20 mins as they built the new correct size. Great service and a great bike.

Hopeless. Neither checks by telephone or use of the online ordering system which confirm availability are reliable. Twice in the last month this store has failed to supply items which were said to be in stock and turned out not to be. Staff seem to think this entirely acceptable and offer no apology.Halfords response offers further discussion following this comment but provides no functioning way of responding to them. Also the items which I wanted and ordered are still shown as in stock and available 2 days after I was told that they would not be available until next week at the earliest. They cannot even deal with feedback professionally.

Just back from buying a bike for our 8 year old daughter.The shop was really busy but both Callum and Dave were friendly and helpful despite being clearly up against it! In the midst of their patience with our very anxious autistic daughter, Callum was taking unnecessary grief off an impatient older woman who decided to make a totally unjustified complaint against him personally when from what we saw, she was actually very rude to both members of staff on duty at the time. They were doing their best to serve everyone well whilst their boss was in a meeting which was nobody?s fault. The customer was actually impatient and grumpy!Both Callum and Dave were kind, patient, well mannered and helpful in our experience, so well done both for keeping your cool with the awkward customer! We had no complaints at all and are very happy customers!

Needed a new 12 volt battery. All the staff were very helpful; I didn't have to wait and the new battery was fitted in 5 min. Excellent service.

Great service lots of items to choose from, the staff are fantastic and very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and don't talk or look down on you unlike some other places would highly recommend them for any help you might need. They still are amazing.
