Dominos keep forgetting some of my order. I keep getting the excuse of ?oh we are busy? despite me ringing the store to ask them politely to please make sure everything is in my order.

Ordered a delivery. Large pizza thin crust. Delivery was fine and delivery person friendly so all good to this point. The pizza wa more crunchy than crispy. 13.5 inch and £26 delivered. I can?t believe that anyone can see this as value for money, I ordered through just eat as I was given a voucher. I would never order from dominos again. I was always curious as to why domino?s were still in business in Malvern as Hillside is next door and half the price. Hillside is our usual pizza place but not on just eat. The domino?s pizza was badly cut, poorly put together and like a Jacob?s cream cracker for a base. It was smaller than Hilside, not even half as good for twice the price. Maybe people are swayed by the brand name.

Consistently perfect pizzas. By far the best Dominos I?ve ever used. Great team of employees that obviously take pride in what they do.

Word of advice: get it delivered, DO NOT COLLECT, as it takes them twice as long to prep it for some reason.

Haven't had a domino's in years, couldn't recommend enough so fast in bringing the order and was piping hot. Very nice will order again soon.

Food was great, and good fast efficient service. We had the plant based supreme pizza which was nice. We got a deal during the week but the pizzas are really expensive at Domino's.

Placed the order over the phone. Received a phone call later to say they are running out of 14 chickens we ordered, offered other stuff, i said no, just cancelled the chickens, and change the medium pizzas to large. They said will upgrade the pizzas FOC.My husband picked the order up, and they charged for the chicken even though they can't make them!!! I called to say this is wrong, and he said the upgrade of the pizzas covered for the undelivered chicken, which is totally rediculous. He said I can give you a credit, i said i am not getting a credit for his mistake! After called me couple of times, in the end said he did it wrong, and will refund the difference, but need to call me back in 10-20 minutes, which he did. Then again he said sorry I can't do it now, i got to call you in another half an hour. We are still waiting for his response. Ridiculous service.

2 and a half hours for food to arrive and when it did the pizza was cold and hard. My colleague had the same experience and I know when we?ve ordered them for work they?ve also taken a long time. But for it to arrive cold and hard is pretty terrible. Like yesterday?s pizza.
