Hot food ready and sat on the side getting cold waiting for an inept and disinterested Barista to make more than one coffee at a time.
Send her to Starbucks for training as clearly your in house system isn't working and whoever is in charge clearly isn't up to it either. Sorry, but sometimes things just need calling out ??

IF FOOD AND DRINK IS BEING SERVED, I LIKE TO SEE TOILETS CLEAN, THEY WERE BOTH DIRTY . WEE DEPOSITS ON THE UNDERNEATH OF TOILET SEATS, BOTH TOILETS NEED SEATS REPLACING. NOT A GOOD ADVERT FOR THIS COSTA . PLEASE SORT IT !

Tables always dirty,sticky.marked, chairs marked with food+good know what else?.toilets smell discusting on entrance ?not cleaned properly or enough through the opening hours,if at ALL.?Discusting.COSTA needs to clean up+train their staff how to CLEAN PROPERLY ??

What a treasure Charlie is, she?s bright, bubbly, and charming, this girl is a real asset to your store, make sure she doesn?t get head hunted!!!!!!!!! It?s very rare for me to write a review but this girl warrants all the praise I can bestow upon her ??

Took my daughter in law and granddaughter to Costa we brought a little milk for granddaughter and two milkshakes, we were then told they had no cream for milkshakes as you can imagine seems a bit strange we said that was ok and thought we would get a discount but didn't we also got charged for a small splash of cold milk not very impressed as you can imagine.
