“Malvern Link’s Co-op has recently undergone a full refit which has created a lighter, brighter store which aims to operate at the heart of local life. New refrigeration has enabled the store to develop and enhance its ranges and added services have created a compelling offer to serve and support the local community, conveniently. Services offered by the store include: in-store bakery, Costa Coffee express machine, free cash machine (ATM), customer car park, DPD and Amazon parcel collection services, PayPoint, National Lottery and Health Lottery, soft plastic recycling, local Food Bank collection point, passport photo booth and online delivery services via Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Co-op online shopping.”

“I shop here quite often, good range of fresh food but sometimes a little dearer than some of the larger stores, can especially recommend their premium 'irresistible' lemon curd yoghurts.”

“Nice store with friendly staff. Closes multiple hours early sometimes, which is annoying when you want late night snacks. The earliest I've personally seen them close is 6pm, which I assume is due to lack of staff to cover that shift. It's a good store regardless, though.”

“Very handy for stocking up on a Sunday evening - it's open until 10pm. Fresh and refrigerated produce was plentiful even on a Sunday night. Very friendly and courteous staff.”

“Under new management so everything has changed for the better. It’s a great shop and what you’d expect from a local high street convenience store. Really friendly staff. The negative reviews are based on old management. Much improved now!”

“This is a great shop, always helpful staff, and although some stock is limited, it's not their fault but due to the size of the place. You couldn't wish for a nicer bunch of people who work there.”

“Improved store with a greater range of stock now that it’s refitted (and rebranded). Prices are what you expect of a convenience store and staff are friendly. Disappointed they don’t hold kindling for the fire any longer (but Daniels up the road do) - you can’t expect everything but I think they are missing a trick with the absence of outside offerings like firewood and kindling. Probably a facet of the new Morrisons dictated supply chain. Very handy facility on our doorstep though - we’re lucky in the Wells to have this.”

“Great little store that actually has very good pricing compared to the supermarkets. It certainly 'punches above its weight' in my view and provides outstanding and long opening hours of service to the locality. Rocky is a lovely guy and deserves your support.”
