I don?t normally do reveries let alone bad reviews me and my mum fancied a treat so we popped into cafe Nero Malvern retail park and won?t be returning, not very friendly staff, the shop was practically empty but struggled to find seating as they had not cleaned up other customers plates and cups there was 2 free tables with nothing on so we sat down and started eating, the food and drink was good but to our absolute horror we looked down on the floor to find a full bag of poo that clearly shows that they hadn?t been clearing up after customers had left, this put us off our food and we left. We will not be returning!!

Usual coffee shop. Hot/cold snacks cold drinks. Dogs allowed (on leads and not allowed on laps or chairs). Wc's...Wheelchair access. Situated on large retail park in Malvern Link. Free parking.

Poor, tables littered, chairs inside dirty, whole place needs a deep clean. Only saving grace was the only kid serving was very polite & pleasant. My husband informed me" we will never go in there again".

Staff were all lovely, helpful & friendly instead of a sort ofrushed polite if that makes sense!
Food was as it always is tasty & fresh!

I used to be a costa man but thanks to the staff here i am now converted to a Nero man. The staff are always happy, welcoming, kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. The range of drinks they have make them a great rival to costa. Nero also win the best flavour drinks in my opinion. Their hot chocolate is out of this world compared to costs.
Whenever I go for a coffee it's always here and the staff feel more like family than people making the drinks.
