Stood at the medicine counter for 5 minutes no staff member came but also served a lady from the prescription queue and didn't even acknowledge me, walked out in the end! Not what you expect from boots when you can literally get anything from there cheaper elsewhere!

Handy stop for all the usual toiletries, cosmetics, perfume, baby products etc, with the added bonus of a pharmacy with a helpful pharmacist.

Pharmacy was extremely efficient. Ordered through the online doctor service from consultation to collection was under 24 hours. Pharmacy team are friendly and helpful.

This review is for Tina at the No 7 make up counter. I was stressed trying to settle my baby, and she got me a quiet seat and helped me to get the bottle sorted etc. She was just such a wonderful lady and it is these acts of kindness that go such a long way today. Such a credit to the team. I also heard her speaking to other customers with such care.

Went for my flu jab. Waited at pharmacy counter. Only one person at desk on computer. Didn't acknowledge my presence for about 10 minutes despite seeing me standing there. Poor customer service I my opinion.

Lovely staff in store, who are always happy to help. Recently had help from Mary and Sophia in the pharmacy who advised me on what was best and I appreciate it a lot! Had no trouble even when I needed them to explain things in detail

Needed an emergency prescription . Went to pharmacy at Morrisons nearby - had to contact 111 etc etc and then pharmacy at Morrisons could not do it for ?technical reasons and recommended this boots store!
Very helpful, knowledgable and professional service at Boots Pharmacy @Malvern retail park .

Went in with a prescription at 5:56pm which I was given by the consultant at hospital in the morning, rushed from work to get to the pharmacy in time and was greeted by an unimpressed girl behind the till at the pharmacy, ?we actually shut in 4 minutes?. Excellent customer service there for a start, then after a minute of reluctantly tapping away at her computer said, there is ?no date? on the prescription, I cannot issue this, it would be fraud. I said i received it today but that wasn?t good enough, said she can?t change or add anything as it would be fraud. I require the medication that evening as I had planned to go away for next ten days. Her and who I believed to be the pharmacist were totally unhelpful. Expected me to arrange another appointment with consultant which I had waited for a long time anyway. Despicable service from these staff members. Completely unhelpful showing no compassion what so ever. More interested in going home in 4 mins by the looks of it. I don?t like leaving bad reviews but you only tell people and remember the rubbish service usually.
