Bit rubbish. Item in stock on the website stating aisle 39. Drove to collect and no item. Went to the desk and was told thats the display model and ?They always do that?. Staff just shrugged shoulders and sent me on my way.
Rubbish service.
If it says they have one item in stock, they don?t. Honestly?. Buy from Amazon and dont waste your time with useless retailers.

Brilliant young man helped me with buying a drill and bits, to install a keysafe. Superb knowledge and wonderful politeness. Lovely young lady on the till also. Thank you so much, for a great experience.

Popped in yesterday for some paint. All the staff were very helpful, especially the woman who mixed the paint for me (believe her name was Alison). She was super, fantastic customer service, thank you for your help!

I attended Malvern B&Q with my Mum to have paint mixed to match an old F&B colour. We were served by a lady with short hair, clear framed glasses who wore a sunflower lanyard and I wanted to say how fantastic she was. We had trouble in finding the colour due to issues with the code and she was so helpful and patient. She welcomed us with a friendly, happy service and came to find us when the paint was ready. Her communication was excellent and really made our experience. She deserves recognition for going the extra mile & excellent customer service.
