I went into Malvern store today to buy a phone , needed it straight away . We ran into a few problems connecting to the internet and making payment , it was a little stressful but The sales assistant called Jo was so patient and helpful .

Tried to return a monitor yesterday, that was not compatible, got told by a man who I pursume was a manager? Because there were fingerprints on the screen they would not refund .
Then 2 of the staff struggled to replace the monitor in the box, the one staff member was sniggering, my husband said he would report this further for not refunding us and the unacceptable sniggering at us, her reply what do you want me to do be miserable.
We went to leave and the same sniggering girl, very sarcastically said have a nice day.
We will be taking this pathetic policy further, we had only collected the monitor 3 hours before returning.
I will definitely not use Argos Malvern again, After speaking to someone at Curry?s worcester, later that day, told us they would of refunded us straight away as finger marks can be removed easily, Argos Malvern staff need to be trained in how to treat customers.

Returned a faulty item today that I'd bought in January. I didn't have the receipt, I'd paid for it through PayPal, which doesn't show up on their daily sales record. The member of staff, Lauren, could not have been any more patient and thorough. It took some time to sort it out, but she did it with a helpful and pleasant attitude. A credit to the company..

First time going in to this store in Malvern (between 12-12.30) and most definitely the last!!!
Rachel (one with dark brown hair -had her hair in a pony today) needs to pipe the heck down!
Not sure if she had a face on, attitude problem, because she does not enjoy her job but you bloody well don?t speak to customers in the manner that she did!
Absolutely shocked. The other 2 colleagues that were present also heard/saw how she spoke to me!

i bought a Philips trimmer and when i got home i took it out from the bag and surprise?? it was open and used and without charging cable. Shame on the people that work at this store, you saw me foreigner and you fooled me, good for you.

No matter what you are looking for, the item will not be in stock here. Absolutely awful. Everytime I searched for anything from garden storage to a stick vacuum to a freeview recorder, it is NEVER IN STOCK. Poor level of competence on management!!!

I gave the man my order number, fast track collection number, showed him the order on my Argos account but he tried to tell me he couldn't help because there was another number he needed. He eventually went out the back and found my item and then gave me a lecture about how I should do things in the future!!
