I went into Malvern store today to buy a phone , needed it straight away . We ran into a few problems connecting to the internet and making payment , it was a little stressful but The sales assistant called Jo was so patient and helpful . Thank you Jo

Tried to return a monitor yesterday, that was not compatible, got told by a man who I pursume was a manager? Because there were fingerprints on the screen they would not refund .
