We have just completed the sale of my fathers house and have been really impressed with the level of support and professionalism shown throughout the process by the whole team. Despite a sale falling through at the last minute they all pulled together to find new buyers and manged the sale through to completion. They were always available to reassure and support us and i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are very rude towards buyer. Will tell you they won?t sell for less than 99%-100% asking price so you know when they put your offer across they will be telling the seller to reject. The properties are over valued compared to identical houses in better condition listed by other agents.
I would say if you are using them to sell your house it?s going to take a very long time indeed. They refuse to allow second viewings if you don?t increase your offer which seems very unethical and bully tactics.
Also they didn?t respond to most of our inquiries and requests for viewings for properties .

Friendly, efficient, always ready with sensible advice. After only a week on the market we've made a really quick sale and found a house to buy too - couldn't be happier. We have just completed our sale in Malvern with Allan Morris. From the very beginning we were confident that we were in good hands. Christian was extremely professional and very helpfull in guiding us with the correct property valuation.

We had an outstanding experience with Allan Morris of Malvern with a sale and purchase that completed yesterday. The last property that I sold, I sold through Allan Morris but more specifically, through Kate Gilham. Kate will go above and beyond to make sure that your sale is as stress free as possible.
