I travelled from Great Malvern Station on Friday 5th July and had a very unpleasant experience when I was only passenger and three men were hiding while waiting for the train heading to london to leave. They got off London train and saw me as lone patient waiting for Birmingham train. The entire station was empty including ticket office and so was Age U.K. as I passed it on platform several times. According to its website it should have been open when I arrived at and when I departed the station. It wasn?t. If you are a line female traveller outside of rush hour just be observant!

The cleanest station I've come across. Painted beautifully. Almost a movie set at 7am on a dark morning. Old station equipment on the platform transports you back in time. A beautiful, tranquil station.Let's hope the trains on time......Staff are lovely too.
