Well I expect a couple of criteria for working at Smiths are :be miserable, devoid of a personality and no manners! Time and time again my husband gets the same service. Very, very disappointing.

Store is great and the staff here is wonderful, not to mention, they are pet friendly. I never knew that. Just waited outside with my dog for about 5 mins until my mate was buying something when the two men from the counter saw me and told me I could go in with the dog as they are allowed in store. That really made my day.
