Went into the Kidderminster store on Wednesday afternoon, we saw Sharon who greeted us with a lovely welcome and smile. We ended up booking a holiday even though we were only going for prices. Sharon was a great help and couldn't do enough for us. We appreciate it. But all other staff who work in the Kidderminster store are brilliant.

We had a great booking experience with Hillary from the Kidderminster store. She was friendly, kind, and patient - taking time to help us find the right place and showing an interest in us. She was even happy to wait when I needed to leave the store temporarily to see if I could secure annual leave for the dates of the holiday. I would recommend visiting this store to plan and book your holiday. And my wife and I have already agreed we would choose Hillary again for our booking agent.
