Wren is amazing! Even though she was 'training' she was extremely helpful and did everything she could to sort out my sim issue I was having. Three as a company are shocking! I've been with them for many many years and it doesn't seem to matter, I will be cancelling the contract which it is over, but if you have any problems I recommend talking to her.

Called into the Kidderminster office, they were most helpful. Normally I sort on the phone but I couldn?t understand the gentleman but I do know he tried selling me another phone alongside my present contract ????Kiddi sorted it and it was straightforward.

Absolutely shocking service. After numerous issues the staff and manager Dan have been so unhelpful. Given false information and basically no idea what they are doing. The managers manners are appauling, the whole staff team need some serious training. Think before you go with them!
