I?ve been going to Jess for a while for classic lashes and microblading and I wouldn?t trust anyone else now. Jess is a perfectionist! She is talented and so passionate about what she does and this shows in her work. The salon is stunning and spotlessly clean and welcoming. I love that you can book online too! Highly recommended. ?

Not only a fab lash tech but also a great teacher too, can?t thank her enough for all the help and support she?s given me furthering my own career in the industry! The Lash and Beauty Bar is all you could ask for and more in a salon. Jess and the girls are friendly, helpful and extremely talented in there skills and techniques with the services that they offer and make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I wouldn?t go anywhere else for my lashes and have even taken up training there myself in Lash Lift and Tint and 1:1 Classics too. Jess is amazing at lashes! I had a hybrid set done for a wedding and had loads of compliments on them plus they lasted ages!! I have also had my eyebrows microbladed by Jess and always go to her if I want my nails done. She is always professional and makes sure you are happy before you leave her salon. Defo recommend! Xx

I was a regular with Jess for lashes for quite some time and even recommended other friends to pay her a visit. Her work is fantastic however it feels that it is not a passion merely a money making venture for her . I had problems with my lashes on a few occasions and on the last occasion wasn?t happy that another girl was booked to do my lashes without me being told Jess wouldn?t be doing them. The lashes didn?t last so I asked to have them redone with Jess . She refused telling me to take it up with the other girl who had done my lashes. I agree it wasn?t Jess?s fault however I didn?t want my lashes redone with someone who had already done them and they didn?t stay on. I asked for a refund and was refused .On a few occasions I couldn?t make my appointments and was chased to pay the cancellation fee ...... I had thought I would just pay it on attending my next appointment. I had several begging texts asking for money .Jess?s work was great however customer service is poor and there is no interaction with customers and feels quite intimidating there . I have since found a great lady who I actually feel cares about the service she?s provides

I was recommended to the Lash and Beauty Bar by my hairdresser and have been going there to have my eyelashes done for nearly three months. I have no complaints in regards to the service provided or products used. However, there has been one occasion when I had to cancel an appointment at short notice due to a family emergency (my 90 year old disabled father who lives in Liverpool was rushed into hospital). I called and sent a text message to explain but was shown no compassion or empathy and was changed 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately my father had taken a turn for the worse yesterday and I called to not cancel but rearrange today?s appointment. I was advised that as I had only given 24 hours notice I would again be charged 50% cancellation fee. I understand the business model and respect this. However, would expect a measure of understanding given my personal circumstances. Out of principle I will no longer go back and feel they have lost a potential long term customer.Lynn Wharton

Jess has always done my eyebrows and always does a remarkable job. The salon is gorgeous and so pretty. It always has a very warm and friendly environment and the girls there are so welcoming. Jess always goes above and beyond during our appointments to make me feel comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend Jess and her work to anybody. She?s truly amazing at what she does.
