As a superstore, it has mostly all of the things that I need daily. But it does lack a few diversified brands of items like that you would otherwise find in Tesco Extras. Overall, it has all the amenities that are expected of a Tesco, like grocery, home and electrical items, toiletries, drinks, clothing, cafe, pharmacy, tesco mobile showroom, washrooms, cash machines, and so on. Petrol station is nearby. Entrance to its premises might be a little congested due to traffic sometimes. It should be OK if you avoid the peak hours. The car park has enough space to accommodate customer vehicles during peak hours, too. It is 3 hours of free parking with separate bays for electric vehicle charging, click and collect, wheelchair access, and parents with children. You might need to key in your parking code at the parking charge screens if your stay is longer. There is a bus station just across the parking which makes it easier to shop and travel by bus as well. Most importantly, a pound coin is needed here to borrow the trolley, which is slightly different from the Tesco in Stourport.

I visited this store today and I must say the customer service staff were excellent, going above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn?t get any names but as I spoke to different ones I found them all to be so helpful. The only name I did get was James on click and collect, again a credit to your store. We?ll done Tesco. ?

Customer service advisor and duty manager told a lie and told me that I couldn't return a faulty item, even though I had a proof of purchase, emailed from Tesco and my club card for an item purchased in April 24, all because I didn't have a paper receipt. Come on,it's on the club card for goodness sake!! Very irritating that I was told "There's nothing they can do"

I could have done a full shop in the amount of time it took to click and collect.
Incredibly hard to find (signage is at car level), only 2 bays with no space for waiting. 10 different people fighting over the bays then when eventually parked took another 15 minutes to actually get the order.

Their home shopping service is diabolical. Totally not fit for purpose.

I was in Kidderminster Tesco Superstore on Saturday and think I may have dropped my dog's coat there. I was holding the coat while my partner looked after the dog outside. However it is impossible to speak to anyone in store. I live an hour away from Kidderminster ... was just visiting. I have tried and tried to contact the store but impossible to speak to anyone. This is terrible management and doesn't happen at other Tesco stores. I will have to buy another coat for my dog, retailing at around £40. Not happy. I never leave bad reviews but it seems to be the only way to contact the store.

How bad is this store! Nasty Pharmacist too.
My granddaughter 16 went in on Sunday 29th Sep with my Daughter to get her toe looked at and the Pharmacist was not interested, never even looked at it. Go to your doctor she said!! Then my Daughter spent £100 plus on childrens clothes and the sales staff were RUDE, ABRUPT, and just not interested in working their! If you have staff working for you that don,t want to be their then just get rid! It puts customers off coming in. The blame is with the manager of the store. Sort out your nasty rude staff or you yourself move on! We WON,T BE COMING BACK TO SHOP AT TESCO!??

Shopping on a Friday evening at peak time and joined the queue at one of only two staff assisted tills that were open at 17:45. The queue for the customer assisted tills was huge! I was 5th in the queue for my till with eventually six customers behind me. The woman manning my till was excellent, working as quickly as possible to try to keep things moving along as best she could. No calls were put out for extra staff to checkouts. (The colour code would have been crimson red!) It took us 15 minutes to get to the conveyer belt to start to unload our shopping. I had two trolleys of shopping and people around me had bulging trolleys also. One other positive point is that all the empty tills in the photograph were left very clean and tidy! Will have to give serious consideration to using the big money off shopping vouchers that Sainsbury's have just popped through my letter box!!
