This is my local store and I try to use it , however they are forever out of stock of their own brand items . They also offer 3 for 2 promotions but only stock 1 item out of the 3? I have asked staff members but are generally uninterested.

Great Experience today, ordered items online to be sent to store for me to pick up.The parcel arrived the NEXT DAY , which was impressive.Unfortunately - due to an error by myself, the items I had ordered needed to be returned.I rang Superdrug to explain the situation, the manager advised that I should bring items into shop and he would sort it out. I went into store a few hours later and as promised, I was refunded within minutes of showing up.It's very rare to get such a great streamlined service from ordering online to picking up to returning. So credit where credit is due.I must also say that every time I use the Kidderminster store, the staff are always helpful and friendly.So it's 5 ????? from me
