It is a shame that when forced to explain that you have a chronic condition and there is an immediate need to use the toilets, the three members of staff relied on one to repeat 'for customers only', when there are just two teenage girls sat in the place. Disgusting attitude from the staff.

Just came in to pick up a ham and turkey foot long and bmt foot long and ended up having a lovely chat with a gentleman who we think is the owner? and he?s made our day with a simple conversation and I wish there were more people like him around in this day and age and wish him well for the future! Also the food is great, a very clean place and a happy team.

About 5 pieces of chicken in my footlong, very little sauce, bread ripped to shreds and bad attitude from staff when questioned. Won't be coming back.

First time I ordered my subway for collection to save few minutes of my lunch break only to be told that they haven?t prepared my order yet because the collection didn?t print out. It was not too busy so I didn?t mind waiting in the end. Second time I ordered sandwich for collection, went to subway to collect and turned out only wasted half of my lunch break as they closed the store and hang the note on the door saying they?re sorry but it?s closed. I pre-paid for my order so now trying to get my money back. Will never come to this place again.

No customer service at all, one guy not interested to give fair quantities, other one staring and uncomfortable attitude to customers. Food is only but service very bad. Feels bad to go there.

I was over charged for my sub, when I spoke to the guy who put the transaction through the day after he claimed I had a bottle.I went no where near the fridge. He is now going to review the cctv bad experience
