I was assisted by a very helpful and polite member of staff called ?James?. Nothing was too much effort for him and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. He is a true credit to your team.

I visited Sports Direct yesterday around 6 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff member at the counter, a woman, did not seem to care about customers at all. I needed to buy a few clothes and slippers, but when I asked her for help, she appeared to be clueless and I ended up having to find everything on my own. It was not even a busy time, which made the lack of assistance even more frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Went into Sports Direct to buy some football boots for walking football. I was served by a guy called Dave. He actually remembered me going in a year before for boots! He remembered our conversation! He was so helpful and was so patient with me so I could find the right boots. Great customer service! Thanks Dave ?

Fantastic helpful service from a member of sales staff called Gary Cooke at Kidderminster Sports Direct.

Me and my wife walked past sports direct today to go to boots next door and 3 of there staff came in to boots and accused us of shop lifting in there shop even though we did not go in the place, they said the saw us walk out of there. They humiliated us in boots, they asked us to walk into sports direct to see if there alarm went off and it didn't.
Instead of looking at there video cameras what would of proven we did not even go into there shop. They decided to humiliate us in boots next door

Absolutely disgusting customer service, went in to buy trainers and football boots for his birthday, and was treated like a criminal!! Staff staring at every move!! Felt vitamised and ganged up on!! The staff were absolutely disgusting no customer service, the way they speak to customers, will not be shopping in this store ever again!! Avoid with all costs!!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Today I was there to buy a trainer and to my surprise not a single customer service person was available to help with us. I requested a help from the other side of the section and the guy was least bothered to help me instead yelling at another colleague. I left without buying anything. Thank you Sportsdirect?

The customer service in this place is appalling! Went in with my 2 sons as they were after a new football, I spoke to 5 different members of staff and ALL of them couldn?t be bothered to help. Either too busy to standard answer ?no we don?t have any of those? instead of actually going to look for me. This is the exact reason why retail is on the floor and why I much prefer online shopping!

I've had a frustrating experience here in the past. I always go back to make sure it's not habitual or to see if there are improvements. I'm happy to say this store seems to have sorted their staffing problem. It's running well. Tills manned shelves stacked and floor staff available well done guys

Very poor service 15 minutes waiting for some help just to be told no we don't have size and can't help cause it's my lunch break then just walked off and to be told just go on line and shop there better than the shop and not in shop..!!!!!

Really disappointed ,try and find someone that works there ,is pretty impossible,when u track someone down .they fetch a pair of shoes for me , when I opened the box ,they were not the same style or colour asked for ., Had to find staff member again to be told ,just leave them on the floor, I tried to ask if they had the ones on display that I wanted , the reply was ,that's what the Wearhouse gave me ,and walked off . The queue to the till was 15 deep , no staff very poor service ,I walked out without being able to by the shoes.

Really good selection of sports clothing as well as other clothing as well. Really good selection of kids and men's trainers.My one complaint is that the women's trainers aren't great
