I was assisted by a very helpful and polite member of staff called “James”. Nothing was too much effort for him and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. He is a true credit to your team.

I visited Sports Direct yesterday around 6 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff member at the counter, a woman, did not seem to care about customers at all. I needed to buy a few clothes and slippers, but when I asked her for help, she appeared to be clueless and I ended up having to find everything on my own.... read full comment
