Was looking for new furniture not entirely sure what my husband & I wanted as we only have a small space. Instead of buying the first thing we saw we wanted to think it over and make sure we bought the right thing.A lovely lady Aaliyah took the ideas we had and our personal needs and showed us around, answered any questions we had and was very helpful and polite.My husband and I decided to go away and think over our options since we had a better idea. After returning several weeks later Aaliyah was again on shift. Very welcoming to see us back and polite. Such a friendly, helpful, chatty person was very glad she that she was in store to get the commission of the two, 2 seaters we ended up buying. Very patient even though the store was closing we didn't feel rushed or nothing. Had a chance to speak with Rich, another sales assistant who I might add was also very polite, chatty, and friendly. He gave us a chuckle as I believe he may of thought he was a bird, walking around the store flapping his arms cause of the heat. Great bunch of people, Great customer service, very helpful and very friendly.First time buying large furniture in a while and didn't feel pressured by staff to purchase. Wish all companies were like this! Very excited and looking forward to our new furniture. Will definitely be shopping there again in the future and recommending the shop to family who are looking for a new 3 piece.Aaliyah definitely needs a promotion or a pay rise read several reviews with people praising her customer service.

Brought 2 reclining sofas in 2021. I know I?m no light weight (19 stone) but didn?t expect two of the recliners to be bent and twisting within two years. SCS 5 year plan says structure isn?t covered. Wouldn?t buy this poor quality again or from a retailer who has no interest in supporting products or customers. Think two stars is generous but wanted to show that I?m not a professional complainer.

Went to buy sum lino we got a quote at £630.00 woman come out to check measurements it went up to £744.00Went back to shop now the sale was on we should have saved £90.00 that should have bought it down to £535.00 from what we wear first toldBut after the sale it went up to £657.00When we get fed up with it all we said we would not bother with it only to be told we won't get it any cheaper any wear elseAnd that was the floor managerWe are happy to pay moor for people that can add up and not be rude will not be backWe went up and down to shop 3 times just a waste of petrol you need to re tetrain your floor managerMrs mclaughlin

Went too look for a new sofa,had lots in store,the staff were helpful,not pushy,let you wonder round at your own pace and sit and try out the sofas, did not feel pressured or hard sell.found one we liked.

Scs have treated me very badly I brought two settee For conservatory and three piece suite for lounge my partner died so brought these with money left by him had these four month I live on my own no pets and my settee has gone bobble when man came out he said yes it had gone bobble but they then rang me to say nothing wrong with material has a good will gesture some one will come out again I paid cash for all items so upset what with losing my partner and this very unhappy customer

A companies integrity and customer care is not measured by the smiley salesman in the showroom who can't do enough when your buying but by how they and their customer services help you when you have a small issue.This company is completely incompetent and unsympathetic in all ways! A simple complaint that just required a quick and simple solution has now been dragged out over 2 weeks with no end in sight other than waiting for a written response which could take another 14 days!!Sort yourselves out SCS!!!If you want a company that genuinely cares about their customers then do not step through their doors. Go somewhere else!!

Dire company! No customer service!Take no notice of replies from social media team to reviews because they are as useless as the rest of the customer service departments!Simply don't care once they have taken the money in the shop!God forbid you have anything wrong with your product it will take weeks to chase the most basic of response to a problem!Buy from someone who cares not this company and save yourself a lot of heartache.
