I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from S.J Rayner and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, all staff members went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant buying experience. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs.What truly stood out was the owner, Simon personal touch. Not only was he extremely friendly and polite, but he also went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the purchase, including any additional features or services. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process (it was his day off and he still made the effort)Compared to my previous car-buying experience with a different company (mentioning no names) this surpassed all expectations. The level of care and attention to detail they provided truly set them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. A special mention to Steve, Matthew and Juilan. Who were all extremely helpful, too. I would definitely buy again from S.J Rayner.

Looking for a new car? - Go to S J Rayners! We have recently bought a Mercedes from S J Rayner. I could not fault the staff at S J Rayner at all, everyone was very welcoming and understanding and helpful of what vehicle we were looking for. The staff were very patient with us whilst we found the right vehicle as this did take a couple of weeks. There was no push for a sale at all, it was finding the right vehicle for us in our time. We appreciated this quite a lot as no one ever wants to rush into things. When we found our new car, we traded in our old vehicle and we got a very good deal with this too, so no hassle of trying to private sell as we could now focus on the new vehicle. It was nice to deal with Stephen from S J Rayner and know exactly what was going on within the sale etc. When collecting the vehicle it was filled, cleaned and ready for us with some great cleaning goodies and our extended warranty! We even got our new number plates printed for our vehicle. What more could you ask for? With the outstanding service we had and still are receiving we told family and friends which led to my nan also purchasing a new vehicle with S J Rayner within the following few weeks, she is also very happy with the service and is also very happy with her little car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The staff at S J Rayner Cars Ltd were good because they were friendly, very welcoming and made the process of purchasing a new car smooth and Hassel free. Everything we had questions about it or wanted to know were answered before visiting and when on site. Very happy with my experience.

Purchased a BMW i3 early this year, I believe it to be around April 2023. I was unfortunate to have issues with my vehicle but I have to say that S J Rayner went above and beyond to try help me. They gave me the vehicle earlier than they wanted to as they knew I couldn't get to work. They were very professional and the owner is an absolute gentleman. He tried his best to work with me but unfortunately due to the distance we couldn't make it work. They returned the money to the finance company, returned my deposit and cancelled everything. It was the easiest and quickest rewind I've known. They are clearly a very reputable and decent dealership. Whilst I doubt they'd let me buy another car, I would happily use them in future. In fact, I look back now and wish I gave them time to fix it. I miss the BMW i3 - a poor decision rewinding the finance on it. Regretted it shortly afterwards. If you're wondering whether to use this garage, I assure you they're fantastic. You're in safe hands.

What a great experience.After months of searching for a good learner car we found SJ Rayner. Not only did they prepare and service the car ahead of time but also delivered it for free on our chosen day a couple weeks later on my wife's Birthday.We are now looking for a second car from them now she's passed her test and our kids want to learn in the same car.

Bought a 19 plate Ford Transit from them in January which i paid 12k for my business. They offer me extender warranty which was very reasuring and overall the buying experience was good.After just 3 days and first longer journey the check engine light went on. I called them and they advice me to go to a local garage to have it checked which i did and pay from my own pocket. It was anissue with DPF filter. The van was back 3 times with a total of 9 days staying at the garage which is not the best scenario for a new business who is relying on the van to run.I called for updates but the guy that was fixing my car was never around, never had a callback from them, never responded to my emails At the end i asked for a detailed report of the works that was undertaken and didn't had had an answer since now. For all this i got the van delivered to my address on the 3th recall and half a tank of diesel.They caused stress, financial loss, and frustration for a new establish company.Thank you.
