A nice hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious and close the shopping centre. Only draw back is the wi-fi, which is primitive to say the least. Not only is it very difficult to get any kind of signal, but when you try to upgrade to the 'ultimate' broadband band service, the signal is so poor, you can't get any signal to purchase it. Very poor.
Rooms: Comfortable

Great location...next to all the shops and a short walk (uphill) to the football stadium which is the reason for our visit.
The reception is on the 4th floor which was a little bizarre and the lift was very very slow !!
Staff recommended a place to go for lunch which was brilliant.
Shame that you can't book anymore than 24hrs at the weavers wharf car park...would be good if premier inn could get something set up that would allow longer...we eneded up having to move the car to somewhere else which is a little frustrating.

Good hotel and location, only issue is it only has 2 lifts and one of them has been out of service for months and the working lift is really slow and not adequate for the hotel alone, Parking is now charged 24hrs a day
Rooms: Good rooms, slightly tired in places

Excellent Premier Inn in every respect. There is only one down side. The car park for the hotel and retail park is now no longer managed by the council, but by a parking management company.

Reception on the 4th floor
The slowest lift in the world !!
You have to pay for parking and it doesn?t state on the machine that?s charges are from 08.00 a 18.30. ( hopes that?s correct as that?s what we were told by the hotel)
Very limited food in the hotel , that?s if they can be bothered to cook as they say there are plenty of places outside in the industrial park to eat.
Pizza Hut, Mc Donald?s are opposite.
Nice looking building , std premier inn room set up. Maybe a little taller to accommodate the large windows.
Stayed here twice so far on work business. Pizza Hut both times.
Rooms: A little different to accommodate the large windows
Nearby activities: Hotel on an industrial trading estate , next , M&S , B&M, TKMax ,JD Sports
& other shops around,
Noteworthy details: You have to pay for parking via meter( cash)

Very run down. Check in took a really long time. Only 1 lift was working and it's the slow one. Takes ages to get to Reception on the 4th floor and the staff member checking us in was also dealing with the guy fixing the vending machine. We spent the first night freezing cold despite keep trying to get the heating to stay on. We mentioned it to housekeeping the next morning and they put a heater in our room. They also had to clean the bathroom as it smelt of pee and the extractor fan didn't work. The walls and ceiling were covered in marks and the carpet looked grubby. The kettle leaked from the spout and from the marks on it, had been leaking for a while. Parking is in a public car park and is chargeable. This isn't ideal but it is mentioned on their website. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.
Nearby activities: It's right in the centre of Kidderminster but that's the only good thing about it.

Great place, affordable circa £60 with an early booking. Parking outside is chargeable from 6pm -8am using an app. The parking machines were out of order. Rooms clean and tidy, very large inside. there's also a couple of elevators.
