Always a pleasure to deal with. The staff are kind, exceptionally helpful and professional. Yes I could tax my vehicle on line or visit a post office closer to home but I don't. Lovely staff, perfect customer service.

Can't recommend and would like to give 0 stars. It would be nice if they knew their job. Completing mail redirection forms, refused in Hartlebury, completed in Stourport with exactly same paperwork

As a Google Local Guide we must report as we see and I find this Post Office provides an excellent service to the community together with services to the outgoing posts and parcels from the local Trading Estate. The staff are always pleasant and make time to explain any queries at the counter. There is a good stock of groceries and provisions as one would expect from a village Store. Good services provided to the local and passing people and recommend to all and sundry.

Quick and helpful service can't do everything at this post office i.e passports but you can pay money and withdraw send post and parcels and a few more things
