After visiting Safari Park we went to this Pizza Hut. Staff were friendly and very welcoming, not to mention helpful. Ordered food arrived in good time and overall experience was nice.

Really friendly team, every person we spoke gave the impression they were genuinely happy to interact and look after us. Had one of the oilest pepperoni pizzas ever though so couldnt eat much, but what I did eat was nice enough. Bizarre they supposedly stopped doing garlic and herb dip, so eating a pizza with just plain mayo felt odd.The place is quite echoey, so the kids birthday party in the corner feels exceptionally noisy even though the kids were well behaved and just being kids. Other than slightly cornering an area off, an improvement would be wall mount acoustic panels, ceiling tiles etc.An easier win though would be to label the sauces around the salad bar, because you don't know what you're getting into which isn't for everyone.I still prefer the competition for Pizza, but at least you can eat in somewhat comfortably here and the pizza buffet is generally really good - the pasta is actually amazing!

We really enjoyed how as soon as we arrived we were noticed and seated as soon as possible and asked how we were with the ordering through QR codes for us we were fine with it but it was nice to know the help was there if neededKid-friendliness: Our 5 year old was always preoccupied and it was so nice for her to be able to make her own drink with support and the ice cream she really enjoyed

Booked 2 tables for my daughter's birthday (actually ended up using three as extra people came) and the staff were fantastic as we tried to contain the chaos that was 9 children under 9... We were not aware that one of the children didn't like pizza, pasta with sauce or salad until we took them up to the buffet, but the manager was great and provided me with a menu and got his food ordered rushed through.Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, thank you all so much.

The pizzas were nice and of good quality, but in my opinion very expensive. The drinks menu was ridiculously expensive, so we ordered tap water (free). The service was efficient and relatively quick. The worst part of the experience was the noise level, which averaged over 85dBA and we literally couldn?t hold a conversation across the circular table. The place was only around two-thirds full of diners, so I can?t imagine how much worse it would have been with a full house. The whole experience was very stressful. Because part of our family couldn?t join us, I bought them a Pizza Hut e-gift card, which sadly never arrived. I have since spent a lot of time on e-mail correspondence with Customer Sevices and a refund has been eventually promised but has not yet arrived. This family won?t be using Pizza Hut again.

Expensive, a distinct kack if toppings with only 7 inchs of a 9 inch pan pizza being covered. Cream side was a can at over £3 a tim. Restaurant was grubby and in need of refurbishment and resembled a canteen rather than a restaurant.

Nice restaurant. We ordered using the qr code. When we saw staff they were helpful. Salad bar was well stocked and drinks came quickly.

My wife and I had a buffet and my goodness it is excellent value for money. We were attended by Kelly who did a marvellous job of making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I ordered on Uber eats send my order never arrived (no surprise). And never got any correspondence from them. Shame on you Uber eats. So I called the team at Pizza Hut to check up on my order in Kidderminster they were apologetic saying no one arrived (not there fault). And they gave me the pizza and a voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. I think this was a lovely touch and the Pizza Hut MGMT team should recognise the kindness and empathy there staff at this restaurant portrayed I was having a bad day and they certainly went out of there way tonight. Well-done guys!! I?m very touched. Richard
