A wonderful shop with the most helpful, honest and friendly staff. Really there to look after you and listen to your questions (however silly!) All brands and mixes of paint, but more than anything the customer care was 110 % I won't be visiting any other decorating retailers from now on.THANK YOU

Highly recommend PaintWell on the Stourport Road is there for everyone, so pop down and let them help you !!We needed some specific fire retardant paint, so contacted these guys and spoke to Nikki on the phone who was really helpful but we needed to call in, so we did this morning. The guys (sorry we didn?t get your names) couldn?t have been more helpful and sorted out what we needed.Huge thank you to everyone!

As a professional decorator Paintwell is a breath of fresh air after only having one choice of supplier to choose from in the local area. Fantastic choice of paint including Dulux,Johnstones,Farrow and Ball and even Tikkurila,all with their own brand mixing machines on site. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Nikki is an excellent manager who will go out of her to make sure you have everything you need at a great price. I have also used their same day delivery service with no hassle which they delivered straight to site saving me time. I would definitely recommend Paintwell at Kidderminster to anybody looking for superb service at a great price.

Nicky helped me when I was sold the wrong paint at another local supplier. She listened and advised me the best she could. I went back today to exchange some paste and she and her collegue were so professional. They have a large range of paints and supplies for anyone trying to find a colour or the right solution.Thank you guys
