I visited Saturday afternoon and everyone on shift was looking after me in their own time/way. I spent the whole afternoon there, trying on in the fitting room and just having the best customer service experience. Can't recommend enough going in to see the girls, they are friendly, approachable, accommodating, kind and honest. I can't explain the feeling I had when I left, and if I tried it still wouldn't be good enough to truly explain nor do them justice. They were amazing ?

Have to praise the staff at New Look in Kidderminster today. Friendly, helpful, professional. When you are shopping with three children it?s lovely to get some help from the staff but I have to say the ladies were amazing and so patient with the changing room visits ! Their help and friendly manner made our shopping trip so much more enjoyable- thank you ladies you really made a difference to our day ?
