Service has really gone downhill. The queues nowadays are unacceptably long even though you can often see staff wandering about aimlessly. Been with them 27 years but I?ll be going elsewhere as soon as I get chance. If they innovated their antiquated app so I could pay cheques in or let me pay cash into the post office it would be fine

The best bank/building society ever. My bank card was swallowed up by HSBC, the cash machine in Stourport. Travelled to Kidderminster to get help, and the team at Nationwide helped me big time with my money. The staff at Kidderminster, that's Nationwide and not HSBC, sorted everything for me! ? Fantastic. I had to transfer a large some of money to a Car Company I was buying a new car from. The staff were superb. They transferred the money within a couple of hours and a received an email from the car company to say it was in there account.First class customer service.

I have had my money with Nationwide for more than 30 years and they have never given me anything but excellent service, online, over the phone and in branch. The staff at Kidderminster have, without exception, been courteous, efficient and helpful. I would recommend the branch, and Building Society, wholeheartedly.

Our family have used Nationwide ever since I was a toddler, when Mom put a few pennies, every week, into a savings account for us three children & a little bit more for them. They had two branches in Stourport & when those closed down, we moved our business to Kidderminster. Service has always been excellent so we highly recommend using Nationwide services to everyone

Since relocating there seems to be even more queue's. Sometimes the line is so big it is nearly out the door, i am not even exaggerating. The staff are friendly, but they are just so slow sometimes!
