This is the second time that I have eaten here when my work takes me to the Wyre Forest area. Lucy's Cafe is situated on the edge of the local town centre. I was keen to see if Lucy's Cafe was as good as my first visit over 6 months ago.
I arrived on a quiet but sunny morning and ordered the full English breakfast and a cup of tea.
The tea was Clipper Organic tea and was delicious. The tastiest brand of tea in my opinion.
A hearty breakfast followed. This arrived with two generous doorsteps if freshly cut buttered toast. The bacon was perfectly cooked for me. Just enough crispness to give it some bite but still soft enough to chew.
The eggs, beans, tomatoes and sausages were delicious too.
I arrived just after Lucy opened so I was the first customer of the day.
The cafe was clean and tidy too.
Yes, I was impressed again.

Lovely independent café, serving breakfasts, hot drinks, and cakes. My regular breakfasts with coffee here are a treat!

Highly recommend! Lovely fresh food made with care. I had the jacket potato, which was delicious, and the super salad on the side was fantastic. I also picked up some cake to take home! A great spot for lunch, very reasonably priced, and the owner, Lucy, was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Quirky and friendly cafè in Kidderminster. Please give the place a try. The owner is lovely so welcoming and helpful.
Staff are great too.
Dogs are welcome.
Generous portions and nicely presented.

Excellent full English and lovely service. Good size mugs of tea free with breakfast too. Lots more food options on the menu. Plenty of seating.

My husband popped in for a cup of tea, whilst waiting for me. He was so pleased with the lovely friendly staff and even a Christmas card and chocolate. He said "They can't have made a profit from me", but next time we visit Kidderminster we'll be sure to pop in for something to eat as well. Good Luck to you and Merry Christmas.
