I have made so many friends and some who I’ve even come to consider family!I work on a zero hour contract with ignite and the hours I work compliment well with my other job! The management is very understanding and help build a rota that is both suitable for myself and the company!Care is hard work and sometimes even challenging but extremely rewarding when you have the right team by your side and service users who look forward to seeing you!”
