Amazing Customer Service today at Halifax Kidderminster.
As soon as i walked through the door I was greeted by a gentleman. Wish i got his name now. He was amazing and helped me work the machine to get my cheques processed. He asked all the right questions and I even got some advice on how best I can get this done quicker in the future. The other staff where also brilliant and very helpful. Great Job Halifax.

Have been trying to sort out an account query for a while now, each time they either change what they need, or say its 20 mins to see someone. Guy I spoke to said he couldn't see me as he was at lunch at 1pm, it was 12.55.
Do you realise that you have my money?

Today I visited the Kidderminster branch and can only say I recieved exceptional customer service from " Dawn", who was so friendly and in my opinion went that extra mile to try and help me solve an issue. Her professional and friendly manner was just great. Thankyou.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE!Well, I've been calling the Kidderminster branch now for well over 35 minutes. I have the actual branch phone number (not the generic call centre number which is available online) as i need to arrange a meeting with one of the bank's personnel to pick up a special withdrawal.Unfortunately, I can tell you that the phone has been picked up by branch personnel and hung up on two separate occasions and for the other 77 calls i've made in the last 35 minutes, the phone is being allowed to ring out so it redirects me to the bank's call centre who i have already spoken too and have actually advised me to call the branch. What a Joke!I find it very hard to believe that no-one in the branch has been able to answer the phone within the last 40 minutes. I suspect my call is just being ignored. This is disgraceful behaviour for such a well-known and well established brand.I will be making a formal complaint to the proper authority and I will be transferring my accounts (ISA, Current account, Savings account and my web saver) to another bank. Well done Halifax - all you had to do was answer the phone - jokers!

No one is answering the phone at the branch - i have the number for the bank in kidderminster. the phone has been answered but nobody spoke to me on three times. i tried ringing them over 20 times but they only put me through to people at a call centre. the call centre people gave me the branch number again but it didnt help cos nobody answers the phone. why can't you answer the phone? the service is very bad. Been ringing them all morning. my problem is that i am in work between their opening hours of 09:30 and 3:30, so how am i supposed to speak to them? Can't believe that this can happen in this day and age. Apparently, this is a common problem for this bank that others have experienced.

Wouldn't sign off a copy document because bank manager "didn't know me" - hardly my fault if they'd replaced the lady I did know and not invited me to meet my new bank manager when she took over.Signing a copy document didn't require any professional certification or business commitment, would have just been a personal service that would have taken less time than the time spent explaining they couldn't (my kids' headteacher kindly did so instead).Banked with them for a decade. The only time I needed their help with something, I was denied. Will be changing to a bank that values their customers as soon as I can extricate myself from the services I have with them.
