Was looking for engine oil when Harvey asked if I needed help. I appreciated all of his expertise and was grateful for the knowledge as I didn?t know what I needed. Friendly and warm when helping customers and perfect example of what to do. Juliet served me on the till and was equally helpful when serving me. Grateful for both members of staff.

BIKE STAFF, Kidderminster. Absolutely 100% unhelpful. I went to purchase a new chain guard for my bike. The guy was serving another customer so I waited patiently, but he paused serving the other customer to ask me what I wanted. I showed him my broken chain guard and said I needed a replacement. He said Halfords didn't sell them and I'd be better off buying one online. I explained I was anxious about buying the wrong one, and he told me I would need to know the number of spokes and the exact measurement of the guard ... even the other customer looked away sniggering at what he was saying. I'll not go back to the bike shop at Halfords again, he made me feel as if I was interfering with his top notch sale and that I was waisting his time. I have since purchased a new chain guard from an independent bike shop that has very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent in-store bike advice from Chris when I found the website awful to use. He was able to confirm stock levels and I then revisited to collect my bike and he ensured that I chose compatible accessories for the bike too along with running me through the operation of the bike. A great service and so much better than just ordering online - call in and see Chris if you are thinking about a new bike!

Telephoned ahead to check stock before having a wasted journey. Told there were 7 in stock. On arriving at the shop there was no stock. Total waste of time.

Served today by Kallum in your store, after not having any luck at the Bilston store. He was very helpful despite admitting the help we needed wasn't his area BUT got the information he needed from us and went to seek help from another colleague. Came back to us with the answers we needed. Really appreciate the help as it was driving us mad constantly looking online and not getting anywhere. Thank you Kallum!!
