Small busy and always well stocked and the staff in there are very friendly and polite has a couple of tables outside for seating and some inside.

Charged me an extra 80p to eat a barely warm pasty inside then told me it was too late to remove the amount from the till so I have to pay it.With it raining outside they didn't leave me much choice.Gregg's you have lost my business.

Been going to this greggs for the last few years and the standards have really declined in the last month or so.Queues out the door with only one member of staff serving whilst another is stocktaking and someone else is cleaning the walls out the back.The state of the food displays are shocking as pasties are carelessly thrown into the hot cab and sweet pastries are incorrectly marketed and mixed in with each other.And also over Christmas, opening times were non existent.They used to be a really friendly team in store before as they were all really helpful but now with new colleagues, standards have drastically dropped!
