The food is standard Greggs, no complaints but the service isn't the best. Twice now I've been served by the same girl and she prefers to chat to her colleagues rather than pay attention to customers. Quite annoying when you're in a hurry! Basic customer service (not met) really.

Stake bake first class as usual- however £2 for a flat white for a portion filling half a regular cup is a disgrace when £2 also buys a regularly cappuccino- l pointed this out and was told it is the standard measure- check next time you buy a flat white

This shop needs staff training in customer service , a smile cist nothing , why advertise hot food ? Then only sell cold , Greg's is a fast food outlet serving hot food I thought .

Service was quick and the food was hot not like their other shop opposite Cafe Nero where it was a 20 minute wait if you wanted a hot steak
